​Matt graduated from Pacific University with a BA in Social Work and minor in Psychology. He then received his Master’s in Education in School Counseling through Lewis and Clark College. Matt has been married for six years to Kristen Steele, and recently welcomed a baby girl, Sierra Nicole Steele. Matt’s interests include golf and handball. He has been an assistant coach for Pacific University’s handball team since 2002.

​Jason attended Olympic Junior College in Bremerton, Washington for a year before transferring to WSU, receiving a degree in sports management.  He then attended California State University-Sacramento and obtained his Master's in School Counseling in 1998.  Jason lives in Beaverton with his wife, Michelle, son Taylor, daughter Jayleen "Pumpkin Patch", and dog, Mohka.  Jason enjoys playing tennis competitively and  loves video gaming, reading, traveling, and watching movies.  GO COUGS!!

Fernando received his BA from the University of Washington with a major in Psychology and a minor in Education in 2007 and his Master of Social Work from the University of Washington in 2010. He served as a Bilingual Family Support Advocate for Latino migrant families in Tacoma Public Schools; as a Counselor for HopeSparks, a child and family counseling agency; as a Therapist and Clinical Case Manager for Greater Lakes Mental Healthcare, a non-profit community mental health agency, and also served as a Social Worker at the VA working with homeless Veterans and their families during the past 3 years. He lives in Hillsboro with his husband Therman and their cat Penny. He loves the theater, movies, music concerts, walking, cooking and baking desserts. He finds it exciting to come back to work for the schools and to help all of the students at Glencoe.

Holly has lived in Oregon most of her life where she earned a Bachelor's of Science in Family and Human Services from University of Oregon and Master's of Art in Marriage and Family Therapy from George Fox University. Holly has worked with youth and families in the Portland metro area for several years and loves helping students be successful in school and prepare for their future. In her spare time, Holly loves to travel, hike, and spend time with her family.

Marcia is a local girl, born in Portland (a LONG time ago)!  This is her 23rd year at Glencoe High School!  She started out as a classified classroom assistant, then  became the Student Services secretary. She became the counseling secretary and has been the Registrar since August of 2006.
